Napa Saints Football

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, fill out the required release forms and submit payment for the 2024 Season.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. If you haven't already, please make sure your email is up to date! We will send important information to the email associated with your sports engine account. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.

Additionally, prior to the first day of practice we will require you to submit:

• an original copy of your child's birth certificate (if you are a NEW player)
• physician filled out medical release form (please see FORMS on napasaints.com website)
• passport style photo of your child (please submit to napasaints@gmail.com with your child's full name and age)

NEW THIS SEASON: you will be required to provide a check or credit card number to be filed/saved for parent participation. If you do not complete your required hours (see below) you will be charged. 

1 CHILD = 5/2 HR SHIFTS ($200)

2 CHIDLREN = 8/2 HR SHIFTS ($225)

3 OR MORE CHILDREN = 10/2 HR SHIFTS ($250)

Partial completion for hours will result in partial refund. If you would like to waive your parent participation hours, please see parent participation director. 

Napa Saint's prefers submission of required items through your sports engine account but will take them via email at napasaints@gmail.com or in person at any Napa Saints event.
